We offer a menu of various fresh home made pasta and meal kits delivered to your home.

The pasta is cut with bronze dies into a variety of long and short shapes, from the familiar such as spaghetti and macaroni, to their hearty, less well known cousins like bigoli and bucatini, or caserecce and canestrini. All our pasta is made with free range local eggs, and, a choice of flours.

Most pasta is traditionally made with 00, or semolina flour, but other wheat varieties such as spelt and Khorasan are equally delicious and bring a new taste and texture to the form.

To compliment the pasta we offer a high quality home made sauces.
